Studio Policies
APPOINTMENTS
For all clients, I will need to collect a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your appointment and the remain balance will be due on the day of the appointment.
At anytime, you need to reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hrs. prior to your appointment for the money to be transfer to a new date and time.
No refunds under pre-purchase treatment or packages.
Packages have a 6 month expiration date from the date that has been purchase. In case that 6 months have passed, the packages will be expiry and the remain amount will be loss. Same policy applies to giveaways and more.
All forms of payments are accepted. additional fee will be apply for credit card payments
CANCELATIONS / NO SHOWS
Rescheduling or cancellations must be done 24 hrs. prior to your appointment.
Or your secure deposit will be charge for cancellation and rescheduling less than 24 hrs. to your appointment
No shows will result in a loss of your secure deposit.
I understand that last minute errands can happen. However, this is for our safety and the clients safety. Thank you for understanding
MALE CLIENTS POLICY
In order to maintain a safe, respectful, and secure environment for both male and female clients, Mels Beauty Studio requires that all male clients be referred by an existing female client who is familiar with the services and the standards upheld by our organization. This policy is in place to ensure that the safety and comfort of all individuals are prioritized.
