Studio Policies

APPOINTMENTS

  • For all clients, I will need to collect a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your appointment and the remain balance will be due on the day of the appointment. 

  • At anytime, you need to reschedule, it must be done at least 24 hrs. prior to your appointment for the money to be transfer to a new date and time.

  • No refunds under pre-purchase treatment or packages 

  • All forms of payments are accepted. additional fee will be apply for credit card payments 


CANCELATIONS / NO SHOWS 

  • Rescheduling or cancellations must be done 24 hrs. prior to your appointment. 

  • Or your secure deposit will be charge for cancellation and rescheduling less than 24 hrs. to your appointment  

  • No shows will result in a loss of your secure deposit.
